• All user activity is conducted in a closed, internal environment, using virtual capital only.

• No real money is traded or distributed at any time unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

2. No Brokerage or Investment Services

• Funded Elite Traders is not a broker, investment firm, or financial advisor.

• No investment advice is provided, and no access to real financial markets or trading platforms is granted.

• This platform is for simulated skill assessment purposes only.

3. Simulated Performance Only

• All user actions are conducted through an internal scoring system or simulator.

• Users are not granted login access to any real or demo trading platforms.

• Profits, balances, or account performance shown within the platform are entirely hypothetical.

4. Participation and Fees

• Users may purchase access to simulations by paying a non-refundable evaluation fee.

• Payment of any fees is strictly for access to our proprietary performance evaluation tools, not for investment or funding.

• There is no entitlement to payouts, funded accounts, or any compensation arising from participation.

5. Discretionary Payouts and Offers

• Any mention of funding, payouts, or promotions is completely discretionary.

• FundedEliteTraders reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or revoke any reward, offer, or promotion at any time, for any reason or no reason.

• No participation in a simulation challenge may be construed as an offer or promise of funding or income.

6. Independent Parties

• Users of the Site are not employees, agents, or contractors of FundedEliteTraders.

• Nothing in this agreement forms an employment or contractual funding relationship.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Polish law:

• FundedEliteTraders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Site or participation in any evaluation.

• All services are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.

• All legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

9. Modifications to the Terms

• FundedEliteTraders reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time.

• Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any modified terms.
